This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized care to a diverse clientele, including orthopedic patients and professional athletes, in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals.Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions and injuries.Work with professional athletes to support recovery, performance enhancement, and injury prevention.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, trainers, and staff to ensure a comprehensive care approach.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and exercises to improve their recovery outcomes.Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and technologies in physical therapy and sports medicine.Facilitate marketing and sales strategies to continue to grow and build business Qualifications:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.Experience in orthopedics and/or sports rehabilitation is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with patients and team members.Passion for providing exceptional care in a one-on-one patient-focused setting.Hungry to excel in all areas of life What We Offer:Competitive Salary: Starting at $115,000 Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision insurance.401(k) Retirement Plan: With company match.Generous PTO: Paid time off to promote work-life balance.Opportunities to work with elite athletes and individuals with unique orthopedic needs.Access to a state-of-the-art facility with the latest equipment and technology.Commission Opportunities and Growth
