As an Associate Attorney specializing in Litigation for Creditor's Rights and Real Estate, you will manage litigation matters involving creditor's rights and real estate disputes, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, and represent clients in court. Your responsibilities will also include conducting legal research and case analysis, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, and assisting with case strategy and file management. You will work closely with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service to clients.QualificationsActive Virginia Bar admission requiredMaryland or DC Bar admission preferred0-3 years of litigation experience, or relevant clerkship/internshipProficiency in conducting thorough and accurate ResearchStrong Negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clientsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesExperience working in both hybrid (office/remote) and collaborative team environments is beneficial
