Teaching Assistant

## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and working with children, providing support to the lead teacher in creating a positive learning environment. ## Responsibilities - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities - Support students with various educational needs and learning styles - Provide individualized attention and supervision to students - Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Assist in organizing educational materials and resources - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members ## Qualifications - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to support students with diverse learning needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with literacy education and special education practices - Previous experience in a daycare, private school, or similar environment is a plus Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young learners!
