Whether it's optimizing your existing technology infrastructure or implementing cutting-edge solutions, our team is committed to guiding you towards accomplishing your goals.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an Anthology Support Analyst to provide dedicated support for the Anthology application, along with other enterprise systems such as EAP, CourseDog, and CourseLeaf. This role involves managing ERP systems, identifying opportunities for improving business practices, and ensuring seamless integration between various applications.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide dedicated support for Anthology and ensure the smooth functioning of the application.Assist in the configuration and administration of ERP systems, focusing on relational data and system integrity.Act as the primary point of contact for technical support related to Anthology, CourseDog, CourseLeaf, and other integrated systems.Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with vendors for resolution when necessary.Collaborate with business departments to understand workflows and improve application use to meet business needs.Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits and reporting on system performance.Maintain and document system configurations, troubleshooting processes, and user guides.Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of Anthology and related applications.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in application support, preferably with Anthology or similar enterprise systems.Proficiency with ERP systems and relational databases.Experience working with CourseDog, CourseLeaf, or other academic software tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.Excellent communication skills for working with both technical teams and end users.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in higher education.
