Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering5+ years of experience in with assembly, machining, or electronics manufacturing.Knowledge of (NPI) & defining manufacturing processes, tooling, and cost structures & layout/workflow optimizationProficient with ERP data to support planning, costing, and production operationsExperience with SolidWorks, preferredExposure conducting time studies, creating BOM’s & RoutersExperience creating work instructions & creating processesComfortable training production staff related to manufacturing, assembly activities and documentation activitiesFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
