About The RoleThe Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer’s needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of integrity. The role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges in a professional and confident manner, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements.What You Will DoThe Senior Demand Supply Analyst will:Demonstrate ability to achieve results in demand and supply activitiesAccountable for supply and demand activities for multiple components, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets the overall business needsStrong ability to leverage systems (SAP preferred) and data to influence decisionsCoordinate with procurement managers to drive improvements and ensure continuity of supplyAnalyze business patterns and changes to formulate potential recommendationsCollaborate with key stakeholders to support customer allocations and prioritiesIdentify/recognize problems from various perspectives (cross-org) in order to understand implications and propose solutions.Collaborate with others to solve complex problemsPlan and track all inventory to mitigate aging, risk and excessWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics and Data Systems or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of work experienceKnowledge of business operations, including forecasting, procurement and material managementDetail-oriented and organizedDrive for results and high quality of workPresentation and communication skillsProblem-solving skillsExtremely strong spreadsheet, modeling and visualization skillsAbility to adjust priorities quickly in a fast-changing environmentBilingual Mandarin strongly preferredZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,375 and $XX,XXX annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
