Sales Support Specialist

About the Position The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role responsible for introducing HVAC and A2L refrigerant systems to a highly technical and regulation-driven construction ecosystem. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in engineered products or construction materials to drive adoption of an innovative, differentiated solution. This role requires a strategic, consultative salesperson with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, influence multiple stakeholders, and identify both short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Developing and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with the company's national growth plan Building relationships across the construction value chain, including engineers, architects, owners, and contractors Driving product adoption by educating customers on technical features, regulatory requirements, and life-safety benefits Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities Managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers Reporting on regional performance trends and competitive activity Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Experience : 7+ years of sales experience in engineered products, construction materials, HVAC systems, or related sectors Proven success introducing new or disruptive products into the construction ecosystem Ability to navigate highly fragmented, technical, code-driven markets Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex system advantages clearly Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work remotely Willingness to travel throughout PA, MD, VA, DE, and DC as needed Bonus: Up to 40% annual bonus Health coverage: Fully paid health insurance for the employee and their family Paid time off and holidays Professional development and growth opportunities within an expanding, innovative organization J-18808-Ljbffr
