manufacturer-direct, cost-plus procurement model with full pricing transparency and disciplined execution.We are seeking a senior Operations & Team Performance Manager to work directly with ownership to lead execution across the organization, strengthen team performance, and ensure projects are delivered successfully from specification through completion.This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing people through the work—working alongside teams, resolving problems in real time, and building the structure, systems, and accountability required to operate at a high level.This role is responsible for improving productivity, enforcing standards, developing team capability, and ensuring the business operates with consistency, clarity, and control.Core ResponsibilityLead the team and the work—ensuring projects move forward efficiently, standards are upheld, and problems are resolved at the root through structure, accountability, and direct involvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Project ExecutionWork directly with PMs, warehouse, quotations, and coordination teams to move projects forwardIdentify and resolve issues in real time by working within the workflow—not outside itEnsure projects are executed consistently from specification through delivery and closeoutStep into problems, align teams, and drive resolutionTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead the team through direct engagement, coaching, and clear expectationsDevelop team capability through training, structure, and accountabilityEstablish ownership across roles and ensure follow-throughHold a consistent standard of performance across all departmentsSystems, SOPs & AccountabilityBuild, refine, and enforce SOPs, checklists, and operational standardsEnsure consistent use of internal systems and tracking toolsImplement workflows that eliminate repeat issues and inefficienciesHold teams accountable to process—not just outcomesProductivity & Performance ImprovementIdentify gaps in execution, coordination, and outputImplement practical, structured improvements that increase efficiency and accuracyTrack performance and reinforce standards across problem-solver who addresses issues directly and effectivelyExperience working with HR or PEO partners (e.g., OptimumHR) is preferred, but not the primary function of the roleHigh level of ownership,
