Accounting ManagerTualatin, OR (On-site)Monday–Friday, ~8–5 Overview: We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is looking to bring on a hands-on Accounting Manager to support their Controller and help lead a team through a period of transformation and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into evolving environments, building structure, and making a real impact across accounting operations.What You’ll Be DoingLead and mentor accounting staff, including direct oversight of Accounts PayableManage day-to-day AP operations (invoicing, payments, vendor management)Support month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)Oversee inventory accounting, including reconciliations and month-end adjustmentsReview financials (P&L, balance sheet, GL) and perform variance analysisEnsure accurate reporting in compliance with GAAPHelp improve processes and strengthen internal controlsSupport ERP transition efforts (Amtech/EnCore) and system improvementsAssist with projects like transitioning from check payments to ACHWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibilityPrior leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of GAAPManufacturing experience (inventory, raw materials, etc.) is a big plusExperience with ERP systems (Amtech/EnCore preferred)Someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentWhy This Role?Opportunity to step into a team undergoing exciting change and make an immediate impactHigh visibility role working closely with leadershipMix of hands-on accounting and process improvement workGrowth potential as the organization continues to expand
