Roles & Responsibilities:
Must be able to travel to customer location in Windsor Locks, CT
Candidate will be required to be on-site 100% of the time
Ability to perform physical movement of hardware
Assist the team with scheduling testing based on project schedule and availability of test rigs/employees
Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation steps based on internal customer requirements
Develop work instructions to ensure repeatability
Ensure process/system issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in an appropriate manner
Must be able to coordinate various activities within the team
Have the ability to create schedules, run meetings, and follow up on actions
Ability to communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, and reason
Perform basic mathematic calculations and analysis
Create Pivot tables and perform formulas/functions in Excel to create/manage reports and automations
Utilize requirements to create work order forms for technicians to execute against
Create Procurement Instructions for special measurement and test equipment
Manage the installation and check-out of setups and systems
Data reduction, analysis, reporting, and delivery of data products to Engineering customers
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Background in engineering required, industrial engineering preferred
1-2 years of experience
Strong organizational skills, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are required
Candidates should be self-starters and possess a strong desire to continuously learn while working under minimal direction
Candidates are required to work on the shop floor for testing
US Citizen

Great interpersonal skills to communicate with management and vendors
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early
8 hour shifts plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / required hours are TBD
Ability to use personal transportation to go customer location

Work Experience
Background in engineering required, industrial engineering preferred
