Android Developer

10+ years of hands-on experience in Android application development.Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design.Experience developing scalable, high-performance Android applications.Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX, custom views, layouts, navigation, and lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture and design patterns.Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, Retrofit, OkHttp, and API integration.Experience with Coroutines, Flow, LiveData, and asynchronous programming.Strong knowledge of SQLite, Room Database, and local data persistence.Experience integrating Firebase services, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience writing unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso.Strong understanding of Android security, authentication, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and secure API communication.Experience optimizing application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and startup time.Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Android Profiler, Logcat, and related tools.Experience publishing and maintaining applications through Google Play Store.Ability to work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, backend, and architecture teams.Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.W2 candidates only.
