As one of their five cornerstones, this means that they go all-out to create an environment where people choose a lasting career because they care about personal development / safety, and delivers a rewarding work experience. - Environment can be either dry or wet, with temperatures ranging from 25 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit - Walk and stand for long periods of time throughout entire shift - Employer conducts a drug test Job Duties: - Operate basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products - Observe machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines. - Clean and sanitize machines according to company guidelines - Ensures product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines - Maintains a clean and sanitary work area - Follows company safety guidelines, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices - Perform basic arithmetic / mathematical skills - Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds of supplies, products, waste products, and other food manufacturing material Hours: - First (1st) shift 6 am to 2 pm - Second (2nd) shift 2 pm to 10 pm --$1 hour shift differential - Third (3rd) shift 10 pm to 6 am - $2 hour shift differential - Overtime and / or evening & weekend scheduling is required; hours may vary on the needs of the business Pay / Benefits: $17 per hour plus shift differential if working Swing / Night shifts - Benefits include medical, dental, vision, AD& D, life, 401(k) with discretionary match, wellness programs, paid holidays and vacation time to name few!
