Analyst/Developer

Planning Analytics Application DeveloperSkillset (top 3-5): Bachelors Degree and at least 1 year of experience in TM1 application development and maintenance or High School/GED and at least 4 years of experience in application development and maintenance. At least 1 year of IBM Cognos TM1 Suite (version10.x) implementation experience from requirements to deployment. Experience with Turbo Integrator, TM1 Rules with the ability for performance tuning existing and new applications. Experience with technical design process and models. Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, Waterfall) Experience utilizing verbal and written communication skillsDescription: Provides support for new and existing Planning Analytics applications, and continuously works with the team to perform testing, application support and end-user training. Implements recommendations from Senior Management on the creation of new Planning Analytics applications or enhancements to existing ones. Constructs and tests Planning Analytics application logic, and develops, creates, modifies application code for complex applications. Manages the implementation of complex enhancements to existing Planning Analytics applications. Manages the implementation of complex major new Planning Analytics applications across the enterprise. Collaborates with Finance and Accounting teams to discuss & understand business requirements and creates functional requirement specifications. Builds and presents Proof of Concept to stakeholders and seeks approval towards solution build. Implements Planning Analytics/ TM1 solutions using TM1 Rules, TI Processes, PAx & PAW. Implements TM1 security across implementations. Conducts Planning Analytics training sessions for the end-users.
