HR Director, HR Business Partnering & Recruiting based UK, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark or Poland

We are looking for a highly impactful HR Director, HR Business Partnering & Recruiting to join a highly successful and dynamic global leader in the medical technology sector. My client is a US listed business with an established presence across the EMEA region, and consequently, this influential role could be based from several locations across Europe including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark or Poland.This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will have a broad impact across the organisation.This position is the hands-on HRBP for our Commercial organization of approx. 100 employees and is also responsible for the overall HRBP functions and the recruiting strategy for the full organisation. The role holder will provide HR leadership and guidance to business leaders and act as sparring partner and advisor in translating business strategies into HR initiatives. Subsequently the position holder will be responsible for designing and rolling out those initiatives. Organizational development, talent management, change management, recruiting and employee relations are core responsibilities of this position.The company is changing fast and constantly. So, this role requires a proactive, service-oriented, flexible and fast-acting HR professional with a high sense of urgency, able to deliver impactful solutions based on extensive generalist HR experience. The ability to communicate proactively and clearly with the business and to provide leadership to the team are crucial to being successful in this role.
