Product Manager - VP Level

Job responsibilities:Define and manage roadmap for the product line; establish vision and strategy for the product/platformConceptualize and create platforms and products from 0-1, including driving build and scaleDefine features and communicate requirements to engineering in clearly written documentationPartner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development effortsManage product backlog creation and grooming, support agile product delivery, launch and go to marketfor product, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritizationManage prioritization, requirement intakes, quarterly and yearly planning with cross-domain stakeholdersand peersManage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy,progress and performanceMonitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and createremediation plans when neededCollaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment(e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:5+ years of experience in financial services and product managementExperience in online payments, money movement and partnershipsExperience driving change within large, highly matrixed organizations and managing stakeholders acrossmultiple functions, especially engineering, architecture, design and other product peersPassion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build scalable platformsAbility to think strategically while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensuresuccessful executionOutstanding verbal and written communicationStrong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using AgilemethodologiesProven track record of managing risk and controlsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable field ofstudyCandidates with Fintech background or payment platform experience preferred
