We're looking for a skilled and team-oriented Nurse Aide to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare team!Under the direct supervision of our RN Charge Nurse/Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in providing essential nursing care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You'll work within the State Nurse Practice Act, our established nursing policies, and our facility's mission and philosophy.What You'll Do:Patient Care Advocate: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Vital Observer: Accurately take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration), and track intake/output, height, and weight.Supportive Hand: Help patients with treatment equipment, assist with transfers, and safely transport them for tests or treatments.Diligent Reporter: Observe patients for changes in condition, potential hazards, and report promptly to the RN.Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, answer signal lights promptly, and ensure a clean and orderly patient environment.Nourishment Nurturer: Set up and assist patients with meals, documenting consumption.Safety Champion: Practice strict infection control protocols and obtain routine lab samples as delegated.We're Looking For Someone Who Is:Compassionate and patient-focusedDetail-oriented and observantA strong communicatorA dedicated team playerCommitted to upholding high standards of careIf you're ready to contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment where you can truly impact patient outcomes, we encourage you to apply!Education: No requirements.
