Location: Fort Wayne, IN, United StatesShare:Quick Apply NowSave Job SavedDescriptionObjectivePosition duties include but are not limited to: assist in providing direction to rental store employees and management of all activities related to the store.ResponsibilitiesAssist in hiring and managing all staffAssist in setting the pace for the sales force, and assisting the branch manager in setting mutually agreed yearly goals and working toward achieving them.Leading the staff to make decisions to improve workplace, company, marketplace and customer satisfactionAssist in managing the fleet, shop operations, trucking and administrative areasAssist in purchasing of small rental fleet and showroom itemsOversees customer billings and account levelsOrganizes and controls yardWorks with branch manager to keep branch profitableMakes sure equipment is available and delivered on timeKeeps track of pickups to insure that no pickup is left too longManages COD accounts along with CAT Access customersRuns reports daily/weekly (open tub, slow rent, yard inventory)Other related duties and projects assigned by managementAssist in management of branch level safety program in all areas to ensure all policies and procedures are enforced with responsibility for all results.
