Your RoleAs a Backend Platform Engineer at Rox, you'll be at the center of building intelligent, agentic workflows that redefine how the world's top revenue teams operate. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-driven product development, from training and evaluating models to integrating them into user-facing systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and customers to iterate quickly, ship impactful features, and continuously improve the intelligence and reliability of our agent swarm.
You'll be responsible for designing multi-step workflows, applying cutting-edge LLM research in production, and driving the experimentation and evaluation loop for AI-powered features, all in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.
ResponsibilitiesHigh Ownership: Ability to do E2E design and implement scalable systems independently, define/understand requirements and write clean codeCustomers First: Engage closely with customers to understand requests, join customer calls and ship out solutions working closely with product and AI engineersSystems Understanding: Understanding of data storage systems (Amazon Aurora, DynamoDB, Snowflake, S3).
