Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY. As a Customer Service Representative for Pop-up Events, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers at various events, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include accurately communicating product and service information, collecting feedback from event attendees, and supporting the event team in delivering exceptional service.
