Industrial Services Crew ManagerC&K Industrial Services is seeking a hands-on Industrial Services Crew Manager to lead industrial cleaning crews and oversee field operations throughout the Toledo area.This is a working leadership role responsible for safety, workforce management, customer satisfaction, and operational execution in industrial environments. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field supporting crews, coordinating work, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.This is a salaried position ($65,000–$75,000) reporting directly to the General Manager.
