Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college5+ years of experience in an ERP Environment, interfacing daily with operations, and technical operations, in aerospace and defense manufacturing or complex electronic manufacturing Candidate must possess extensive, recent experience and knowledge of the SAP ERP PP module, with a focus on executing the SIOP process and managing all related data elements throughout the digital thread.Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. Our team is responsible for managing the enterprise operating system, aligning production capacity with demand, and integrating supply chain data.What You Will Be DoingAs the Operations Engineer you will be responsible for driving SIOP processes, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring seamless system interfaces.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToManage the enterprise operating system through SIOP to align capacity with demand.Coordinate functional teams and act as liaison between supply chain, manufacturing, and planning.Integrate ERP, supply chain, and demand planning data for accurate forecasting.Optimize ERP system integration and refine related processes and documentation.Troubleshoot production issues to maintain operational harmony.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and passionate about continuous improvement.
