Remote Part-Time Property and Casualty Agent Agency: The Alef Agency (independent, affiliated with Brightway Insurance)Location: Remote (must be based in Florida)About Us:Founded in 2003, Brightway Insurance is one of the fastest-growing independent insurance franchise agency networks in the U.S., with agencies in 45 states and more than $1.7 billion in annual premium via aggressive organic growth and its acquisition of GlobalGreen Insurance network in 2025.Key Responsibilities:Follow up on leads provided by the agency, provide quotes, and close sales.Advise new and existing customers on insurance products — including commercial policies.Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals for commercial lines.Maintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systems.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across both commercial and residential segments.Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and digital communications.Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirements.Qualifications:Valid Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 license, Required.Experience in Personal Lines, RequiredExperience in Commercial insurance, PreferredStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, phone, and disciplined scheduling.Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese — preferred but not required.Ready to launch your career?
