This individual will play a key role in ensuring timely billing, strong collections performance, and accountability across the billing team.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Operations LeadershipOversee daily billing operations across multiple facilitiesEnsure timely and accurate claim submission across all payer typesEnforce strict billing timelines and hold teams accountable to deadlinesTeam OversightDirectly manage and support billing staff across facilitiesProvide training, guidance, and performance management to billersEstablish clear workflows, expectations, and productivity standardsCollections & AR PerformanceDrive 95%+ collection rate goals across the portfolioMonitor AR aging and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balancesEscalate and resolve complex billing or collection issuesQuality Control & AccuracyReview claims for accuracy prior to submissionIdentify and correct billing errors, missed charges, and revenue gapsEnsure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirementsSystems & ReportingOversee billing functions within PointClickCare (PCC)Track and report on KPIs including billing timeliness, AR days, and collectionsProvide regular updates to Revenue Cycle leadershipQualificationsMUST have Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing experience5+ years of billing experience, with leadership responsibilities preferredStrong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing processesExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) requiredProven ability to manage teams and drive collections performanceDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
