This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive, service-driven environment where every task contributes to better outcomes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily readiness of pharmacy production equipment by performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure safe, consistent operationHelp maintain smooth workflow by identifying equipment issues early and following defined steps to resolve them or escalate when neededOperate designated equipment or service vehicles in alignment with safety and operational guidelinesContribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work environment that supports high-quality patient serviceFollow established procedures to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring equipment is available when neededBuild foundational technical knowledge through hands-on experience and guidance from team membersDemonstrate reliability and accountability by completing assigned work on time and supporting team prioritiesActively learn and apply feedback to improve performance and expand skill set over timeQualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent0–2 years of experience in equipment support, operations, warehouse, or a related environmentAbility to follow structured processes and work under close supervisionBasic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance tasksAbility to lift and move equipment as required (up to 40 lbs)Strong reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to completing routine tasks accuratelyAbility to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional attitudePreferred QualificationsExperience working with production, pharmacy, or medical equipmentFamiliarity with cleaning, maintaining, or operating equipment in a regulated or operational settingBasic troubleshooting skills or exposure to equipment repair processesComfort operating service vehicles or equipment used in operational environmentsInterest in developing technical skills and growing within Pharmacy OperationsIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About The Cigna GroupDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
