POSITION OVERVIEW:At Golden Road Brewing, we take pride in serving high-quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing a variety of dishes and utilizing advanced cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality. You will also maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, and work closely with your team to deliver efficient and timely service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Food Quality & Consistency: Ensure all dishes are prepared to company standards, ensuring exceptional food quality. Food Safety & Sanitation:  Follow all health department regulations and company food safety protocols. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by performing tasks, such as washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash and ensuring proper food storage. Advanced Cooking Techniques: Effectively execute complex recipes using advanced cooking techniques to create high-quality dishes. Collaboration with BOH:  Work closely with the back-of-the-house (BOH) team to ensure smooth service flow, timely food deliver and effective communication. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Understanding of cooking techniques, food safety and kitchen operations Food Handlers Certificate Required Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. WHY JOIN US?
