Come be a part of the LDF family and have FUN while you work with BEER!The Administrative Assistant serves as a critical support partner to the EVP/General Manager and Oklahoma leadership team, acting as the front-facing ambassador of LDF while keeping the office running smoothly, professionally, and hospitably. This role blends office management, administrative execution, customer service, and analytical capability, with strong potential for growth and expanded responsibility. Adheres and lives by the LDF TRUE values daily.Key Responsibilities:Leadership Support-Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the EVP/General ManagerSupport GM priorities, projects, and meeting preparationCreate meeting slide decks and presentation materialsSupport EAC operations; act as Secretary as neededManage ABLE renewalsAssist with potential reset drawings and coordinationTracking and maintaining metrics/data across multiple departments.Support Total Wine administration pricing functions.Perform other duties as determined and directed by the EVP/GMOffice & Facilities Management:Serve as Office Manager ensuring a professional environmentManage office budgets and administrative expensesOrder and manage office suppliesMaintain the copy roomCoordinate conference room scheduling and setupManage mail coordinationHandle business card orderingManage phone routingFront-Facing & Customer Service:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callersMaintain a hospitality-first mindsetRepresent the professional front face of LDFAdministrative & QA SupportGenerate memos, forms, and reportsManage gratis sheetsProvide QA organization and quality assurance supportEmployee Support:Assist with driver's license and medical certification card supportSupport employees with payroll and benefit inquiriesQualifications:Professional Competencies-Strong organizational and prioritization skillsStrong Customer service acumen with software capabilityIntellectual curiosity and desire to learnProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)Education/Experience:High school diploma and/or some Degree preferred.Supervisory Responsibilities:Indirect.Work Environment:Normal office setting Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as needed. Schedule is flexible depending on business need and completion of required tasks.Physical Demands:Requires sitting at a computer for long periods of time. Repetitive hand movements caused by typing. High level of mental/visual effort and good hearing/listening skills required by continuous attention to verbal and written details. Requires ability to regularly move to a different office space to pick up download and print functions. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
