(hiring, training, disciplinary, motivation, etc.)Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.Determine standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assignedPerform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned (system inspectors and support staff as applicable).Ensure proper training of personnel assigned.Foster a cooperative and harmonious climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity.Schedule testing of Fire, Security and other electronic systems as requiredSchedule sub-contractors for system inspectionsCommunicate with new customers on contractual workEnter new accounts online and modify information on existing accountsEnsure customer satisfaction on all contractual agreementsVerify proper completion of certification work with inspectorsAssist and coordinate with the service department on system deficienciesMonitor and maintain efficiency and cost controlMonitor work in processMaintain the company and departments assetsAll other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Abilities:Customer relations training/experience/skillsExperience supervising, coaching and developing staffField electronic experience preferred, but not requiredGood oral/written communication skills are necessary.
