Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. As part of a collaborative and student-centered team, you'll provide vital evaluation, intervention, and support services to help children overcome communication barriers and reach their academic potential.Responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with diverse communication needsDevelop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goalsDeliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services tailored to student requirementsMaintain accurate documentation, organize progress reports, and ensure compliance with educational standardsParticipate in IEP meetings and work closely with interdisciplinary teams—including teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and familiesOffer expert consultation and classroom recommendations to foster student growthContinually assess student development and adapt therapy strategies to maximize outcomesDesired qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyHolds or eligible for Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and/or educator certification as requiredCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows with strong potential are also consideredPrior school-based experience is a plus, though pediatric experience is valuedDemonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and collaborative practiceThis is a full-time, school-based contract position with a competitive compensation package and the possibility of renewal based on performance and needs.
