Future Opening: Property Service CoordinatorWe are searching for a dedicated and driven Property Service Coordinator for Real Property Management. The Property Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the business' maintenance division. The Property Service Coordinator must be well versed in vendor and client relations and adhere to strict time schedules. This position will be responsible for timely and complete work to the standards of the Real Property Management organization.ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance processAssign work orders, schedule all maintenance actionsProvide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.Follow up on work orders, completed work, owner approvals, etc.Other duties as assignedRequirementsExperience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs a plusCustomer Service experience helpfulAbility to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staffAbility to schedule and estimate workers hours and requirements to complete tasksGeneral maintenance and repair knowledge helpful but not requiredLocal area knowledgeTwo years' experience in administrative supportProficient with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of the Internet and emailExceptional customer service abilityOrganized and high attention to detailCompensation: $17 an hour plus weekly and monthly bonusReal Property Management is the leading property management franchise system with over 300 offices in North America, managing tens of thousands residential homes.
