We are hiring an attorney to take on cases as we expand into the St. George market. We offer a turnkey operation and the opportunity to earn an excellent income. Responsibilities - sign up and meet clients - follow established firm procedures for litigation and customer service work - resolve client questions and concerns - settlement negotiations, mediations, etc - litigate cases before the Utah Labor Commission - keep detailed notes & communication records Experience & Skills needed: - Must be licensed to practice law in Utah - Hard worker with a "sow today, reap tomorrow" attitude - Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred but not necessary - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Language: Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Saint George, UT (Required) Ability to Relocate: Saint George, UT: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
