A rapidly expanding pharmacy is seeking an experienced Home Infusion/Compounding Technician to join their dynamic team. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in home infusion or compounding pharmacy settings. Candidates with inpatient-only experience will not be considered.Location: Brooklyn, NYJob Type: Direct HireStart Date: ASAP Schedule/Hours:Monday through Friday with flexible start times at 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM Rotating weekends required Operations run seven days a week from 6 AM to 9 PM Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate compounding of medications following established protocols Utilize a proprietary workflow system to manage daily tasks efficiently Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and compassionate exchanges Support patient care by coordinating timely medication preparations and deliveries Qualifications & Desired Experience:Proven experience in home infusion or a designated compounding pharmacy environment Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers California technician license required National Certification is highly preferred Experience in retail compounding pharmacy is also a strong match This position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply specialized skills in a supportive and growing environment.
