We're looking for a Part-Time School Chef for our Child Development Center
As the Part-Time Chef at Kids Klub, you will enrich children's lives by providing delicious, healthy lunch, dinner and snacks through our food program. Come make a difference in the lives of others, build lasting memories and shape the future. Opportunity to create fun new menus!
Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 1:00pm

Qualifications of a Part-Time Chef:
·Degree in the Culinary Arts (preferred)
·1+ years in a kitchen environment
·Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniques
·Capable of following instructions without variation
·Ability to regularly lift 35 lbs
·The capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly
·Be ServSafe Certified
·Be friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills
·Be flexible and work well under pressure
·Be passionate about delivering a largely organic, homemade, delicious food program to children
Requirements of a Part-Time Chef:
·Preparing lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks to be served Monday through Friday
·Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen cabinets, counter tops, stove and surrounding area, refrigerator, sink and fruit storage area
·Alerting Lead Chef of any items that need to be purchased
·Responsible to help with all dishes
·Meet/exceed all kitchen requirements with the local Health Department Agency
