Overview As First Line Manager, you will lead a team of Specialty Engineers in Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability and Integrated Logistics Support. You will own SpE program execution, develop proposals, and align roadmaps with milestones and cost targets. You’ll manage recruitment, performance, and development while collaborating with RMS leaders, suppliers, and customers. You help establish vision, goals, and metrics to drive performance. This role offers the chance to shape critical engineering programs within a mission-driven defense environment.
