Network Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Provide network engineering support for the design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and operation of an evolving network architecture.• Manage network architecture, including operational and security-related updates and changes.• Lead deployment planning and coordination of network system upgrades at various field sites.• Interface with Tier 2 support to assist with coordination and issue escalation.• Provide briefings and regular status updates to Program leadership on network-related issues.• Offer cross-discipline training and mentoring to all team personnel.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field with 8-15 years of relevant experience.• Active and current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure.• Proven experience with specific vendor SSR architecture and configuration, and expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation.• Proficiency in specific vendor operating systems and strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).• Experience with network virtualization, software-defined networking, and familiarity with network automation tools.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $166,850) plus bonus potential.• Opportunities for professional growth and development within a mission-driven organization.• A dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and rewards proactive problem-solving.• Comprehensive benefits including Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave, and Retirement plans.Apply via Haystack today!
