Accountant (Workday Financials)

A company is looking for an Accountant (Workday Financials Functional SME). Key Responsibilities Utilize Workday Financials for daily accounting tasks and support reporting and close activities Serve as the accounting point person for Workday reporting and data issues, troubleshooting discrepancies Direct the integration of Workday data into reporting processes during merger activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials and at least one full lifecycle implementation Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Workday modules such as Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) Experience in managing financial reporting and data accuracy post-migration
