If you are experienced in systems architecture planning, troubleshooting complex issues, and seeking a modern collaborative engineering environment, keep reading and apply!Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Translate customer requirements into system architecture across E/E, software, hardware, and mechanical teamsMaintain requirements traceability (DOORS/JAMA/Polarion) and ensure verification through DV/PV and integration testingLead root cause analysis (8D/RedX), resolve architecture issues, and enforce design reuse across programsCoordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and operations to ensure designs meet production constraintsRun prototype testing (vehicle + bench), analyze data, and present results to internal teams and OEM customersQualifications:3–8 years in systems engineering for electrical or electromechanical products (automotive context)2+ years working on battery systems (module, pack, or thermal) or similar high-voltage systemsHands-on experience with requirements tools (DOORS, JAMA, Polarion, Codebeamer) and MBSE tools (Cameo, Capella, etc.)Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 customers on system integration topicsFamiliarity with mechanical design (CAD + fabrication methods like stamping, molding, welding) and system-level validationWhat's in it for you...?Join an innovative battery systems team for the long-term to own new initiatives and develop cutting-edge energy solutions.Lead design initiatives, collaborate with energy industry leaders, and carve out your space in the team.Enroll in weekly paychecks and comprehensive health benefits.
