Be part of an extraordinary life!We are currently seeking an outstanding Full-time STNA/Med Tech to join our team for 2nd shift. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.Encourages residents to be at meals in the dining room, escorts, transports if necessaryComplete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.Team player with a positive attitudeRespond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredOne (1) year experience working as a STNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferredStaff Benefits:Insurance that starts the 1st of the month following your hire date-FT & PT benefits availableFree uniform tops-All staffFree meals-All shiftsPTO that starts day one, usable after 90 days of employment-FT OnlyFloating Holiday- FT only after 6 months of employmentEarn approximately 3 weeks of PTO/year up through 5 years after that it goes up-FT Only5% 401K Match; 1st 3% at 100%; other 2% at 50%-All Staff; must be 21 years or older to enrollAll team member must complete pre-employment screenings which include: Physical, fingerprinting, background check, drug screening and TB testingIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
