Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a dedicated and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing plaintiff-side practice. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for injured clients while handling meaningful, high-impact cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing personal injury matters independently while collaborating closely with a supportive legal team.The firm prides itself on strong client relationships, thorough case preparation, and results-driven advocacy. Attorneys are given the tools, support, and autonomy needed to succeed while maintaining a healthy, team-oriented work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial client consultations and evaluate potential personal injury claimsAnalyze liability, damages, and insurance coverage issuesMaintain responsibility for cases from intake through settlement, arbitration, or trialCommunicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the case lifecycleDraft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responsesPrepare settlement demands and supporting documentationNegotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to secure favorable outcomesHandle depositions, mediations, and court appearancesAssist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit reviewManage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirementsWork closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case progressionCoordinate with firm leadership on case strategy and settlement authorityContribute to ongoing improvements in case management processes and client service standardsQualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive bar admission in MassachusettsExperience handling personal injury matters preferred, though strong litigation or civil experience will be consideredStrong legal research, writing, and drafting skillsExcellent negotiation and advocacy abilitiesAbility to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindsetSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonuses and incentive opportunitiesHealth insurance and additional benefitsPaid time off and holidaysIf you feel you meet the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
