Training CoordinatorLocation: Portland, OR (Onsite)Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-TimeDuration: 6-Month ContractPay Rate: $24 – $30 per hour DOEPosition OverviewLHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Coordinator to support the development, execution, and administration of employee training programs. This individual will play a key role in ensuring employees receive high-quality training experiences and that all training data is accurately tracked and maintained within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics, working cross-functionally, and supporting learning and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programsManage and maintain training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)Upload, update, and organize training materials, courses, and modules in the LMSTrack employee training completion, compliance, and certification statusPartner with internal teams to support training needs and logisticsCommunicate training schedules and updates to employees and stakeholdersAssist with the creation and formatting of training materials and documentationGenerate reports on training metrics and participationProvide general administrative support to the training and development teamQualifications1+ year of experience in a training coordination, HR, or administrative support roleHands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is requiredStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience supporting training programs or learning & development initiatives is a plusBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
