Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of3 yearsof experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with Mediterranean
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee all daily back-of-the-house operations and assist with menu creation.
Ensure adherence to the companys high-quality methods, standards, and policies.
Train, coach, and develop staff to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
Engage with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and approachable manner.
Manage costs effectively and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and profit goals.
