Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of3 yearsof experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with Mediterranean Strong leadership and communication skills. High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen management. Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee all daily back-of-the-house operations and assist with menu creation.
