General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead the opening of Hotel Indigo Beachfront in Corpus Christi, debuting in late 2026.The ideal candidate is an experienced boutique hospitality leader who thrives in creative environments, embraces neighborhood storytelling, and delivers exceptional guest experiences rooted in local culture. You will play a key role in shaping the hotel’s identity, building a high-performing team, and driving both financial success and cultural impact.What You’ll Do:Leadership & Culture• Build and inspire a high-energy, service-driven team culture• Create a workplace centered on team member engagement and development• Lead the hotel’s opening, establishing operational excellence from day oneGuest Experience & Brand• Deliver memorable, locally inspired guest experiences aligned with Hotel Indigo and IHG brand standards• Champion neighborhood immersion, connecting the hotel to the local communitySales, Marketing & Revenue• Drive strategic initiatives to achieve:o RevPAR index and revenue goalso Sales productivity and booking pace targets• Actively support sales efforts and adapt strategies to changing market conditions• Build strong relationships with local demand drivers and key accountsFinancial & Operational Oversight• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve GOP targets• Analyze financial statements and implement strategies to improve results• Protect owner assets and maintain the physical integrity of the propertyFood & Beverage & Partnerships• Oversee high-volume F&B operations, ensuring elevated service and brand compliance• Partner with tenants and operators to maximize profitability and guest satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, ideally in boutique or lifestyle hospitality• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability• Passion for local storytelling, design, and experiential hospitality• Experience with IHG or similar lifestyle brands preferred• High-energy leadership style with excellent communication and team-building skills
