Maintenance Technician - Beverage ManufacturingLocation: Downingtown, PA 19335Pay Rate: $25.00-39.00/hr depending on experienceShift: 2pm-10pm (possibility to switch to 12 hour shifts) or 10pm-6am (possibly 6pm-6am)Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team, with a primary focus on the utilities side of maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing maintenance of critical plant machinery and integrated mechanical/electrical equipment.Key Responsibilities & SkillsSystems Diagnostics: Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.Electrical & Automation: Wire moderately complex control circuits and troubleshoot/program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC500, MicroLogix, and CompactLogix).Power Systems: Adjust, program, and replace 3-phase 480V motors and VFDsFabrication: Weld various metals and machine plastics/composites to replicate or repair minor equipment parts.Pipefitting: Install and repair various piping systems (hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate) using appropriate formulas for all phases.Operational Support: Complete equipment size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid filter packaging machinery to ensure minimal downtime.Independent Action: Identify and execute repairs with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks to keep production moving.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PLC logic (Allen Bradley) and VFD programming is highly preferred.Manual Dexterity: Skilled in welding, machining, and the use of precision measuring tools.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various industrial environments.Local Availability: Must be able to commute to our Downingtown, PA facility.Apply now! #TLRRG
