A company is looking for an Operations Client Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client implementation efforts for Member Services and Claims
Serve as the primary operations presenter on client calls
Develop and facilitate Joint Operations Committee (JOC) decks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of experience in client service, operations, or account coordination
2+ years in a call center and/or claims environment
Strong background handling complex client requests and documentation
Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal oversight
