W2 6 month contractHybrid (3x onsite) to Mountain View, CAWe are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to support our IT Engineering & Infrastructure team on a 6 month engagement. You will lead delivery of complex, high-priority, cross-functional engineering and infrastructure programs — driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery while partnering closely with the Staff TPM and leadership. Responsibilities include:Program & Project Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional engineering and infrastructure programs across scope, schedule, and quality.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary coordination point across engineering, IT, platform, and business teams. Drive alignment, deliver crisp status updates, and escalate risks with recommended paths forward.Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent programs.Roadmap & Portfolio Alignment: Partner with the Staff TPM to align program delivery to the engineering and infrastructure roadmap and support portfolio-level visibility.Required Qualifications:7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in engineering or infrastructure environmentsProven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and senior stakeholdersStrong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experienced in hybrid delivery modelsHands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for program tracking, reporting, and planningExcellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organizationHighly self-directed; able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentDesirable Qualifications:Experience with Client Platform Engineering and infrastructure programs — OS upgrades, platform migrations (from self-managed to Cloud), or large-scale applications rolloutsBackground working across engineering and enterprise IT organizations in a senior or lead TPM capacitySAFe, PMP or equivalent certificationPrior experience as a contingent or embedded Senior TPM in an enterprise environmentPay range is $68-$76 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
