Position: IT Administrator/Engineer
As an IT Administrator/Engineer at Tower, you’ll play a strategic and technical role in supporting and maintaining our clients’ hardware and software systems, while leading complex projects that drive their businesses forward. We’re seeking a dedicated IT professional who enjoys working collaboratively but can also excel independently. Interpersonal skills are essential in this role as you'll be engaging with both clients and our internal team to solve problems and improve experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Provide IT support for hardware/software technical issues, covering core and ancillary systems as well as business applications.
Manage client technology environments, including physical and virtual systems.
Lead and assist in the design and coordination of complex IT projects.
Implement, test, and support system and disaster recovery solutions.
Deliver network-level services (WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security).
Support remote access solutions like VPN and Terminal Services.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients on incident progress, changes, and planned outages.
Contribute to system documentation and perform regular reviews with clients.
Diagnose, research, and develop solutions for technical issues as needed.
Who You Are:
You have 3+ years of IT/network experience with hands-on expertise.
You have strong communication skills (phone, in-person) and active listening abilities.
You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You can handle rapid changes and adapt quickly.
You have a strong technical awareness and can match resources to issues appropriately.
You bring customer care, service awareness, and a commitment to improving satisfaction.
You have experience with network support, including VPN, routers, firewalls, and disaster recovery solutions.
IT certifications are a plus but not required.

Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
