Java AI Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Java AI Engineer role supporting our client in Texas.Java AI EngineerLocation: Dallas, TX (Onsite)We are looking for a Java Developer with strong experience in Microservices Architecture and practical exposure to AI/LLM technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like Claude AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-based document summarization.Responsibilities:· Develop and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot· Build scalable REST APIs and distributed systems· Work with AI-powered tools for coding, debugging, and optimization· Implement AI/LLM solutions including document summarization and prompt-based workflows· Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in code reviews/testingRequired Skills:· Strong experience in Java and Microservices· Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs· Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI prompts, and Claude AI or similar tools· Understanding of AI/ML/NLP fundamentals· Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferredEducation & Experience:· Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience, OR Master's Degree with 6+ months of experience
