What You Will Be DoingThe Software Engineer shall be part of an overarching project responsible for developing and maintaining system management infrastructure software and services for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems in a Linux environment.What You Will NeedExperience using the Linux CLIExperience using Linux tools and developing Bash scripts to automate manual processesRecent software development experience using Python Experience with maintaining security compliance and user managementFamiliar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox Familiar with Observability and Analytics platform solutions such as Splunk Experience developing documentation for systems such as SSPs, CONOPS, user Guides, and How-To manuals Experience with automation frameworks including Ansible for orchestrating deploymentExperience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI and JenkinsExperience with Git Source Control SystemDesired SkillsExperience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies SWE-3 Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.ORBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityORNine (9) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.Clearance:Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this roleSalary range:$101,996.00 - $219,107.00 (Annually)*Req ID PRX 25-795
