Job Title: Data Analyst/SQL Location: 100% Remote As a Sr Data Analyst, you’ll be a core member of our Data Analytics team, responsible for turning data into insight and insight into action.This role will work at the intersection of analytics and data science to prepare and structure data, build advanced models, and interpret results with suggested actions to drive impact across our Marketing, Product, Operations, and Workforce teams.Every Day You Will: Insight GenerationModeling & Advanced AnalyticsReporting & EnablementAnalyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends & insightsBuild robust SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, structure analyses, and translate findings into clear business recommendationsDevelop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast key outcomes, supporting decision-makingApply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to support workforce planning, marketing optimization, and service designBuild and maintain dashboards and data tools to democratize access to insightsHelp ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the analytics ecosystemDocument your work and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and best practicesIdeal Candidate Will Possess: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectivelyProven track record of strong customer focus and adaptability, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiencesA passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patienceTechnical proficiency with the ability to navigate through multiple systems, while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracyDemonstrates fluency over all tools and resources specific to the roleAbility to embrace change and departmental growth in an evergreen environment5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics rolesBachelors or Masters Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong SQL and working knowledge of Python or RExperience in building dashboards in Tableau or other BI toolsExperience analyzing and integrating multiple data sources for analytics such as Salesforce/ other CRM platforms & Google AnalyticsGoogle Ads would be a nice-to-have
