Print Production / Bindery Specialist

Job description Position: Print Production Specialist Pay: $18-22 (negotiable based on previous experience) We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Print Production / Bindery Specialist to join our team . Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital print production equipment (Konica Minolta, Canon, Xerox, etc.). Experience with finishing / bindery equipment, cutters, folders, coil punch, padding. Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients. Knowledge of paper brands and types. Knowledge of print related products. Time management and prioritization skills. Responsibility and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders. Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team. Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries. Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services. Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business. Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions. Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
