Sr. Project Manager

Serve as IT Infrastructure Project Manager, leading delivery of infrastructure projects (cloud, network, compute, storage, security). Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery tracking. Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation and artifacts throughout project delivery. Facilitate meetings and working sessions, capture action items, and drive accountability within teams. Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; escalate issues as needed. Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and architects to translate designs into actionable plans. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across multiple infrastructure domains. Track progress, manage workstreams/backlogs, and resolve risks/issues proactively to maintain timelines. Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment readiness for development, test, and production. Lead cutover planning and execution to minimize operational impact. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards (security, compliance, change management). Provide regular status updates, milestone tracking, and deliverable progress to stakeholders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance meetings, adapting to SAFe, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models. Coordinate vendor activities to ensure contractual deliverables and timelines are met. Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Microsoft Office for project tracking. Apply strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams. Leverage experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments; familiarity with ITIL and SAFe practices preferred. Possess project management certifications (PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or similar) and experience delivering infrastructure projects in enterprise settings.!
